The only "alternate start" mod which has a functional patch is Tale of Two Wastelands, with Xyphos' Location Compatibility Patches.
Alternate Start: These mods can really mess up the introductory cutscene of the mod, which in turn can break everything afterwards. All console rooms advertised on this wiki are compatibile however many on the nexus are not. Alternate TARDIS Interiors: Certain alternate TARDIS console rooms were made for a previous version of the mod and are incompatible with the current version. ENB: Under certain circumstances, can cause some weird flickering lights in the TARDIS interior. Nevada Skies: Can cause some weird lighting issues in the TARDIS interior. This includes custom races which add to or replace the default vanilla races.
Custom Race Mods: Can break regeneration and using the chameleon arch. The Frontier: Depends on xNVSE so requires Spyduck's xNVSE Patch. xNVSE/NVSE versions 6+: Is compatible only when using Spyduck's xNVSE Patch. Tale of Two Wastelands: Is compatible only when using the appropriate patch from Xyphos' Location Compatibility Patches. These incompatibilities are generally not game-breaking unless otherwise noted here. However there are some known incompatibilities and issues with other mods. As a general rule, Fallout Who Vegas is compatible with most mods as it makes minimal changes to the base game's records and instead adds its own. This guide is intended to cover which mods are compatible or incompatible with Fallout Who Vegas.
