Once you get the potion return to the woods and follow the monkey again or use the same path as above to get back to Koume. Go back to the potion shop and talk with the other hag to get your first bottle. She will need a potion to get her back on her feet but you will have no bottles at this point. Once you make it to Koume make sure you are normal Link and talk to her. The path is left, right, right again, straight, left, and left again. Use the Deku Scrub spin to help with the speed issue. Once inside you need to follow the Monkey through the doorways for awhile.

Head down to the cave to the north of the shop and you will be in the Woods Of Mystery. Go up and talk to the Hag in the shop and she will ask for help finding Koume. When you are the Deku jump on the lily pads to the west and follow that path to the Potion Shop. Once you are at the Boat Tour use your Deku Mask to turn back into the Deku. First off you need to get the Potion shop from the Boat Tour.
